Pierce Standouts Santiago, Fagfoomsintu Continue Baseball Careers

After helping lead LA Pierce through a successful 2026 campaign, two of the Brahmas' most accomplished players are ready for the next chapter. 

Christian Santiago leaves Pierce as one of the most decorated players in program history, with his commitment to the University of Pacific. Over two seasons, the standout infielder established himself as the LA Pierce Baseball all-time hits leader with 143 career hits. The left-hander capped his sophomore season by batting .370, with 29 RBI and 17 stolen bases. 

His skill set made him one of the premier standout players in the Western State Conference and an important piece of the last two Brahmas postseason runs. 

Joining him in moving on is JJ Fagfoomsintu, whose development turned him into one of Pierce's most dependable players. He will be continuing his career at the University of Southern Indiana. 

The shortstop hit .312 with 26 RBIs and two home runs while also providing some of the biggest hits throughout the Brahmas' postseason run. 

Fagfoomsintu's combination of athleticism, defensive reliability, and timely hitting made him a cornerstone of the Brahmas' lineup.

As they continue their collegiate careers, Santiago and Fagfoomsintu leave behind a lasting legacy.
